Common Sense TEXAS Solutions
Conservative Leadership. South Texas Values.

I strongly support eliminating property taxes in Texas and replacing them with a fairer system that does not punish people for owning their homes, farms, or businesses.
Property taxes are not a one-time tax, they are a permanent rent paid to the government. You can work your entire life, pay off your home or land, and still lose it if you can’t keep up with rising tax bills. That is not true ownership, and it hits seniors, working families, and agricultural landowners especially hard here in South Texas.
Texas already has the tools to reduce and ultimately eliminate property taxes. By prioritizing responsible spending, closing loopholes, and shifting the tax burden away from homes and land toward consumption-based revenue, we can fund essential services without forcing families out of their property. Any replacement must be transparent, broad-based, and designed so Texans can control their tax burden through choices, not rising appraisals.

Texans work hard for every dollar they earn, and the government should respect that. I will fight against wasteful spending, protect taxpayers, and make sure Austin lives within its means, just like every Texas family must do.
-
As the wife of a U.S. Army veteran, I know the sacrifices our servicemen and women, and their families, make for our country. I will work to ensure Texas honors their service with strong benefits, job opportunities, and access to the resources they’ve earned.
-
South Texas families live with the realities of an unsecured border every day. I will fight to fully fund border security, give our law enforcement officers the resources they need, and work to stop the flow of drugs, gangs, and human trafficking. Public safety is not just a priority, it’s a promise.

Water is not a partisan issue, it is a survival issue for Texas families, farmers, and businesses. South Texas knows better than most that drought, population growth, aging infrastructure, and competing demands are putting real pressure on our water supply.
For too long, water policy has focused on short-term fixes instead of long-term planning. Leaking infrastructure, outdated systems, and slow permitting waste millions of gallons every day while communities are told to simply conserve more. Conservation matters, but it cannot be the only answer.
The solution is a balanced, forward-thinking approach. Texas must invest in modern infrastructure, including repairing leaks, expanding storage, improving groundwater management, and accelerating water reuse projects. We should also pursue responsible new supply options, such as desalination and brackish water treatment, especially in regions where traditional sources are limited. These projects must be locally driven, fiscally responsible, and environmentally sound.
Equally important is protecting agriculture and private property rights. Farmers and ranchers are stewards of the land and water, not obstacles. Any water strategy must respect existing water rights, support agricultural production, and ensure rural communities are not sacrificed to meet urban demand.
Texas has the resources, innovation, and expertise to secure our water future. What we need is leadership that plans ahead, invests wisely, and treats water as the critical infrastructure it is. I will fight for practical solutions that keep taps running, fields irrigated, and our communities growing for generations to come.

The Rio Grande Valley is full of talent, hard work, and potential. I will fight for policies that keep taxes low, cut unnecessary regulations, and bring more jobs and opportunities to South Texas. Our families should be able to thrive here at home, not feel forced to leave for opportunity.
-
Parents should always have the strongest voice in their child’s education. I will work to protect parental rights, ensure transparency in our schools, and support teachers who dedicate their lives to educating the next generation. Every child deserves a quality education rooted in strong values and accountability.

I’m proudly pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, and pro-freedom and I’ll never apologize for it.
I’ll fight to protect faith, family, and freedom every step of the way
The Rio Grande Valley is built on faith, family, and community. I will defend traditional values, protect religious freedoms, and stand for policies that strengthen families. A strong Texas starts with strong homes.
